About me…

I teach in the Vinyasa tradition, a flowing style of yoga that links breathe with movement and teaches principals of intelligent alignment as a healing approach for the body.  I strive to be both a yoga student and teacher. Yoga is practiced for the body, mind and spirit. By learning about yoga philosophy during class, we can apply these lessons to our daily lives to earn more peace, freedom, ease, joy, mindfulness, focus, and contentment. 

I began teaching yoga in Colorado Springs in 2002 in local yoga studios and at the Broadmoor Community Church in 2009. I have taught yoga to people of all ages, and experience levels. I have also had the pleasure of teaching yoga to athletes, children, seniors, those healing from injuries, and pregnant women. It is my honor and pleasure to share this lifelong practice that brings balance, fulfillment and vibrant health.
